Tape-out: Testchip DualPHY 100/1000Base-T1

We made it - TAPE-OUT! Finally the "DualPHY" has been submitted to GlobalFoundries.

This prototype in GF22FDX contains one 100BASE-T1 and two 100/1000BASE-T1 DualPHYs for validation of our automotive Ethernet physical layer realization. Additionally, it has a large SRAM as diagnostics storage for the processed communication data of the PHYs for later analysis.

Now we are looking forward to lab validation tests!
