For our taped-out Solution of the DualPHY 100BASE-T1/1000BASE-T1 we will build up a strong validation team including a Validation Owner / Project Manager.

Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with DATEV or similar accounting software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German (C1) and English (B2) is a plus.

Who We Are

Siliconally is a 2019 founded #Startup, acting in the area of chip technology for wired reliable and functional safe connectivity. We are a pure IP company. We develop several different IPs solutions and sell licenses to our customers. Our first solutions are automotive-safe ethernet Phys according to the 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 specification.

We use an automotive grade engineering process with agile methods. The process starts on system engineering level that breaks down and integrates the sub-IPs for our products with a digital on top integration process. Annual tape-outs of the combined IP solutions will be tested and verified in Hardware in the Laboratory Space in Dresden.

If you are interested in writing content for our social media platform you are welcome too.

You will be part of the corporate unit and therefore you will get a very close learning insight into a company growth process coming from a start-up.

Your Task will invole

• Applicant management - review of new job entries and communication with applicants, writing job offers etc.
• Preparation of overviews and status reports in the people and finance office
• Help in all matters of organisation
• regular responsibility for sorting incoming mail
• creation of appealing LinkedIn and MS-teams posts

You may as well help in

• the organisation of our annual All-Hands Meetings, where all Siliconally employees come together physically to collaborate and learn
• the preparation of internal and external trainings
• Payroll and financial accounting
• Marketing activities

Who you are

You are a student in economics. Psychology, HR management or similar courses?

We are looking for you with very good analytical and structuring skills, accuracy in completing tasks, reliability and a sense of responsibility.

Since the company language is English and our employees come from different nations, you should be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
